Mark Chandler runs ACT Solutions Corp, a formulation design consultancy and laboratory serving cosmetic and topical pharmaceutical industries. He nearly 40 years of industry experience, most recently serving as Skin Care Applications Manager for Croda Inc. He was the President of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists in 2023. Mr. Chandler received his BSc from the Universi ty of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
